Warehouse Sale items and most items from the Omega Mikro Consignment Shop are sold as-is. The exception is any digital interconnect. All digital interconnects, whether sold by individuals or from our R&D warehouse, may be returned within 15 days at buyers expense for exchange or refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.
Warranties: New Omega Mikro products, not including Warehouse Sale items and items from the Omega Mikro Consignment Shop, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from receipt by the end user. A proof of purchase is required. Interconnect warranties are void if the shell is ever removed from the interconnect. The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or accidental misuse. In any case, Omega Mikro is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. This warranty applies only to the original purchase of this product.
Please be careful not to damage products when isolating them from their dielectric environment. Installing them carefully will ensure a lifetime of trouble-free listening enjoyment. Damage from mishandling voids your warranty. However, if you do damage them, we can usually repair out-of-warranty products for a nominal fee. Return them to your dealer for repair or call us at 202 965 5320 to arrange direct shipment to inSound.

All of our standard new products, i.e., 1M interconnects, 8’ speaker
cables and 5’ power cords and Power Centrals (4.5' for Clearview) carry a 30 day
return/refund policy. If you are not happy with the sound of any of our
standard new product you may return it in as-new condition within 30
days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping and
handling costs are not refundable.
